Instructions

Remove the Cap.
Donor Provides Specimen and replaces the cap.
Read urine temperature between 2-4 minutes after voiding. Normal urine temperature should fall between the ranges on 90F to 100F.
Secure the cap tightly while the cup is on a flat surface. Date and initial the security seal and place the security seal over the cap.
Peel off the label to view the results at 5 minutes.
